Brickset says it's 53017, but that number is also used for monochrome ones. 90398 seems to be no longer in use since ca. 2018.
And judging from the photos, I'm not fully convinced this is indeed dual-moulded - the separation line looks a bit too untidy. Also fully painted heads have appeared before on this part.
